Noam Shachar is an experienced agricultural engineer, with an M.Sc. in soil & water from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Shachar has deep acquaintance with the market, including personal familiarity with many influencing end-customers, researchers and consultants. He has 20 years of experience in research, development and management of R&D projects in soil, water, irrigation and plant's nutrition, including 15 years of extensive experience in the development of irrigation control systems.
